1. Introduction Welcome to Tunnel Rat ("the Game"), a mobile endless-runner game developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play the Game on your mobile device.

By using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game.

2. Information We Collect

• Information Stored Locally: The Game stores your high score locally on your device using the browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

• Information Collected by Third Parties: The Game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect device identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA), IP address, approximate location, device type, operating system version, ad interaction data, app usage performance, and network connection information. This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own Google Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use the Information We and our third-party partners use the collected information to:

• Display relevant advertisements within the Game

• Measure and improve ad performance

• Maintain and improve Game functionality

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs The Game integrates Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve banner ads on menu/game-over screens, interstitial ads shown every 2 game-overs, and optional rewarded video ads to earn in-game revives.

AdMob may use your Advertising ID to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent and region settings. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Review the Google AdMob Partner Policy for more details.

5. Children's Privacy The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 6. Data Retention High score data stored locally on your device is retained until you uninstall the Game or clear the app's data from your device settings. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

• Opt Out of Personalized Ads:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

• Reset Advertising ID: You can reset your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings to limit ad tracking.

• Delete Local Data: Clear the app data from your device settings or uninstall the Game to delete locally stored high scores.

8. Security We take reasonable precautions to protect the information within our control. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
